Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on an operator by allowing floating matters attached to a screen to be easily removed in a short time.SOLUTION: A screen structure 1 is installed at a water inlet 22, which intakes water 21 from a river 20 and captures a floating matter 25 contained in the water 21 flowed into a conduit 24 through the water inlet 22. An obstacle 5 with a height of an intermediate part in a height direction of the screen 2 is detachably installed at a bottom of the water inlet 22 on a downstream side of the screen 2 with a distance in a flow direction of the water 21 from the screen. The flow of the water 21 passed through substantially lower half of the screen 2 can be returned to an upstream side of the screen 2 by striking the flow to the obstacle 5 and this flow of the water 21 prevents the floating matter 25 from attaching to substantially lower part of the screen 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
