PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of various disease therapeutic drugs using phospholipase A2G3 as an indicator.SOLUTION: Accessibility dermatitis model animals consist of knockout animals without all or some function of genes coding phospholipase A2G3. A screening method of accessibility dermatitis therapeutic drugs includes giving an analyte to the model animals. Or a screening method of various disease therapeutic drugs using phospholipase A2G3 as an indicator includes a step of bringing the analyte into contact with biological samples derived from a nonhuman mammal or a mammal.
