Abstract:
To provide a screw fastening device capable of screwing even a screw a top surface of a screw head of which is constituted of a curved surface such as a round head screw and having no recess on the screw head.
A bowl-shaped depression 62 is provided at a position to be pressed to the screw head on a fore end surface 61, in the screw fastener which is constituted of a Langevin oscillator structured to generate rotating motion on an oscillator fore end surface 61 with two sets of piezoelectric elements 10, 20 to generate flexural oscillation bolted in directions orthogonal to each other, and screws the screw without using the recess of the screw head such as a slot, a cross recess, etc. by pressing the fore end surface 61 to the screw head.
