To facilitate fitting and removal of a screw at a narrow space where apparatus and machines hesitating magnetic force are installed by using a screw holder with the screw attached onto the claw of a body which is fixed with fixing screws by inserting a screwdriver in the screw holder.

A non-slip grip 2 is provided for a body slide part 1 having a claw at a hollow shaft. An O-ring fixing guide 4, an O-ring 5, O-ring retainer 6, and a fixing male screw 7 are fitted on a fixing female screw 3 having a slide shaft. For its use, a screwdriver is inserted to tighten it with the fixing female screw. By tightening, the O-ring 5 is pushed and fixed on the screwdriver. At this time, it is fixed so that the position of the claw of the body 1 may engage with the head of the screw, and the screw is fitted on the claw. The claw becomes spring-shaped, therefore, the screw is fixed. When the screw is screwed in and advances to some degree, a grip 2 is pulled to this die. With the claw disengaged from the screw, the screw holder can be also used when the screw tightened to the end is removed.
