Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having such a high modulus of elasticity as hardly causing a defect such as a hole or a break when the resin composition molded into a film is stretched. SOLUTION: The present screw kneader has a barrel and a screw which is fitted in the barrel and at least equipped with a full-flighted screw and a kneading block whose L/D is 30 or above. The kneading block has Ln /D of 5 or above, while the full-flighted screw has Lf /D of 3 or above, and they satisfy Formulas: 35<=α<=60 and 0.15<=(M/D)<=0.25. Herein α denotes a flight angle ( deg.) of the full-flighted screw, M the depth (mm) of a screw groove of the full- flighted screw, L the full length (mm) of the screw, Ln the total length (mm) of the kneading block, Lf the total length (mm) of the full-flighted screw, and D the diameter (mm) of the barrel.
