Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure linearity of a screw shaft.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a screw shaft 10 having a helical blade 20 fixed at an outer periphery of a rotating shaft 11. The rotating shaft is hollow and has a thermal medium supply passage 12. The blade has a hollow inside part and has a helical thermal medium passage 16 over its entire length. A rotary joint 13 is inserted into the thermal medium supply passage, its cylindrical shaft 13a becomes a feeding pipe for thermal medium (a). A cylindrical seal member 13b is water-tightly and rotatably supported at the rotating shaft 11 and then a thermal medium feedback path 14 is formed by a clearance between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft and an inner peripheral surface of the thermal medium supply passage 12. The thermal medium (a) reaches the left end of the thermal medium supply passage through the rotary joint, passes through the rotating shaft and flows into the helical thermal medium passage of the blades. The thermal medium in the passage flows from the left end toward the right end, passes from the right end of the helical thermal medium passage through the rotating shaft and flows into the thermal medium feedback path. After this flowing, the medium is fed out to outside. The helical blade 20 has several blade parts 21 connected in an axial direction and they are pushed at both ends of the connected blades and they are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
