Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust freely the resin carrying capability (plasticizing capability) by means of the screw temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A feed section of 10D or less at the screw bore ratio and a barrel 1 in the vicinity of a raw material feed opening 3 are divided into one section or a plurality of sections starting from a screw channel position of a plasticizing screw 2 for the purpose of heating or cooling in a screw type plasticizing device which can increase the resin carrying capability along the solid carrying section A of the screw 2.
