This scroll compressor 2 comprises the second bearing mechanism 24 disposed between the lower surface 28b of a turning scroll member 28 and a housing opposed to the lower surface 28b and supporting the turning scroll member 28 on the housing 4 so as not to be rotated around an eccentric pin 9a but to be revolved around a rotating shaft 9. A lower side third bearing mechanism 16 comprises an inner ring fixed to the rotating shaft 9 and an outer ring allowed to abut on the housing 4 from the opposite side of the turning scroll member 28. The housing 4 is vertically divided into parts, and a spacer 5 is installed in a clearance G2 between the both parts.
