Title:
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3560786
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high gas injection performance with a low injection pressure in a heating operation requiring a high-load operation by providing offset surfaces of blades for forming a pair of compression chambers between a fixed scroll and a speed-variable rotating scroll.
SOLUTION: In a compression chamber 13B, the sealing property of a sucked coolant is improved to increase the inlet quantity of the coolant because a clearance S is small, and a rotating scroll 12 is rotated at a high speed. In the compression stroke, a supercharge according to the high-speed operation degree to low-speed operation is performed. Further, a low-pressure gas injection is performed by utilizing the whole body of the compression chamber 13B having a large capacity including the area having the clearance S. Thus, the injection flow rate is shifted to large flow rate side over a standard flow rate to ensure a high injection flow rate, so that the actual coolant discharge quantity can be sufficiently increased. Thus, the performance in a high-load operation such as heating is also improved.
