Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve lubricity by a method wherein the sufficient area of a flow passage for refrigerant gas running from a suction port to a suction chamber is ensured and suction efficiency is prevented from lowering and oil contained in refrigerant gas is sufficiently spread.
CONSTITUTION: A main suction hole 21 communicating a suction port 20 with a suction chamber 7 of the outer peripheries of the spiral parts 4b and 5b of two scroll members 4 and 5 is formed in a front housing 2. An auxiliary suction hole 22 communicated with the suction chamber 7 is formed in the front housing 2 individually from the main suction hole 21 in such a manner to be positioned on the opposite side to the main suction hole 21 with the axis of a shaft 8 therebetween.
