PURPOSE: To reduce the construction costs, facilitate ship maneuvering technique, and enable making the operation effective by installing a chassis and spherical wheels on a submarine boat, and allowing it to run while pinching a cabled track.

CONSTITUTION: To set stably a cabled track 4 on the sea bottom, each prop 5 is fixed by an anchor 6, weighting basis 7, etc. A spherical wheel 3 and a towing hook 8 are installed on each chassis 2 of the body 1, and the cabled track 4 is pinched by springs 9. The cabled track 4 is provided with a groove 11 for threading a towing wire 10, and thereby towing of the body 1 is smoothened.
