Abstract:

To contribute to protection and propagation of fishery resources by increasing fundamental productivity by raising sea deep water containing enriched nourishing salt up to the surface layer region of the sea surface area capable of photosynthesizing.

A storage pump near the sea surface is connected with a float having a culturing tank and an anchor placed on the sea bottom by a mooring rope to construct a mooring system and a flexible tube is fitted to the mooring system from near the sea surface to a deep sea area.
