PURPOSE: To easily segment a seal impression part or the like to efficiently collate the print of seal by providing a transparent touch panel on the display of a display means where a seal card is displayed and touching a desired position of the transparent touch panel.
CONSTITUTION: A transparent touch panel 35 is provided on the display face of a display means 32 consisting of a cathode-ray tube on which the whole of the seal card is displayed, and this panel 35 is touched with a finger or the like to segment, display, and file a desired part of the seal card. Thus, the transparent touch panel 35 is only touched with a finger to segment a desired part, for example, the print of seal part of the seal card, and segmented picture data is displayed and filed, and the print of seal is efficiently collated.
