Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform a sealing a bag and carrying it out at a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: On the top of a carrying surface 22, a sealing/heating member 23 is vertically movably provided. At the same time, under the carrying surface 22, a sealing/receiving member 24 is vertically movably provided, and the sealing/heating member 23 and sealing/receiving member 24 are made to approach or separate by driving rods 36 and 37. Then, a plurality of work-pushing bars 45 are attached on an endless chain 44 which is spanned around sprockets 42, 43 with specified intervals, on both sides of the carrying surface 22 in such a manner that the work pushing bars 45 may go across the carrying surface 22. By this method, a work is set by the work pushing bar 45, and the work which is sealed by abutting the sealing/heating member 23 and sealing/receiving member 24 is carried out as is, and the next work can be set by the work pushing bar 45 and sealed even during the carrying out. For this reason, there is no time loss, and the work can be sealed and carried out at a high speed.
