To stick red seal-ink uniformly on a seal face and to obtain a seal print of uniform density when sealing is made.
An upper case 1 slidable vertically in relation to a lower case 2 and an inner tube 3 making it possible to fit and detach a seal are contrived so that they can lower in linkage, and a rotor 4 fitted with a red seal-ink tray 5 holding a red-seal-ink-impregnated body is so fitted to the upper case 1 as to be rotatable and vertically movable integrally with the upper case 1. A vertical guide hole 17 is provided in the lateral side of the lower case 1 and a pawl part 18 is provided in projection at the edge of the guide hole 17. The rotor 4 is provided with a rotary slider part 24 which is fitted in the guide hole 17 of the lower case 2 and can move vertically inside the guide hole 17, while it is provided with an engaging wall part 26 which strikes on the pawl part 18 when the rotor 4 lowers, so as to rotate the rotor 4 and thereby to expose the red seal-ink tray 5 outside, and with an engaging tooth part 28 which strikes on the pawl part 18 so as to rotate the rotor 4 in the reverse direction and thereby to hold the red seal-ink tray 5 inside the lower case 2.
