To prevent leakage of a fluid inside a pipe by holding, in a sealing material holding section, a sealing material which seals between a stringlike substance and a cylindrical body, and housing a thermally-expanding heat- resisting member along with the sealing material.
In a cylindrical body 1 having a large-diameter part 11 and a small-diameter part 12, a partition wall 13 which partitions the inside of the cylindrical body 1 in the direction of a shaft center and is united with the small-diameter section 12 into a body is provided. Along with forming a small-diameter heat-resisting member housing unit 2 inside the small-diameter section 12, a large-diameter sealing material holding unit 3 is formed on the small-diameter section 12 side of the large-diameter section 11. And a cablelike material W is inserted into the sealing material holding unit 3, and a sealing material 3a which seals between the cablelike material W and the cylindrical body 1 is held by the sealing material holding unit 3. Furthermore, a thermally expanding heat-resisting member 2a is housed in a heat-resisting member housing unit 2 along with the sealing material 3a. Consequently, it becomes possible to prevent leakage of a fluid inside a pipe, or entry of air into the pipe.
