Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the seal torque of a seal member for a rolling device, and to enhance seal performance (sealability).SOLUTION: A seal member for a rolling device comprises a core metal fit to an outer ring equivalent member, a slinger fit to an inner ring equivalent member, and an elastic member composed of a first radial lip, a second radial lip, and an axial lip which continue to a base end part fixed to the core metal. A first grease composition whose base oil movement viscosity is not lower than 50 mm/s(40°C) is sealed into a space between the second radial lip and the axial lip, and a second grease composition whose base oil movement viscosity is not lower than 20 mm/s(40°C), and lower than 50 mm/s(40°C) is sealed into a space between the first radial lip and the second radial lip.
