Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a seal-packaging method and device for food, which can improve the quality of food during storage by reducing the oxygen quantity in a bag after sealing.
CONSTITUTION: For the present device, a vacuum container 2 in which a bag 3 containing a food is stored, a vacuum pump 11 which removes the air in the vacuum container 2 by vacuumizing, a gas bomb 13 which is an inert gas supply source to feed an inert gas in the vacuum container 2, a sealing means 5 for the opening of the bag 3 which is provided in the vacuum container 2, and valves 61, 62 which are switching means to switch the air removal by vacuumizing and the supply of an inert gas for the vacuum container 2, are provided.
