This seal removing jig for the rotary ring, used to remove the seal member 8a on the rotary ring with the seal member 8a fitted in an annular seal mounting groove 1b formed on the inner ring 1 for sealing a bottom part of the annular clearance 6, comprises a cutting tool 11 having a cutter 12b for cutting the seal member 8a in the seal mounting groove 1b formed into the approximately L-shape by a cutting part 12 and a cutting feeding part 13, a pair of feeding bolts 14 for inserting the cutter 12b into the seal mounting groove 1b by adjusting a screwing amount to feed the cutting tool 1 to be close to a groove bottom, and a cutting tool attaching bolt 15 for rotatably attaching the cutting tool 11 to an upper rotary body in a state of allowing the cutting tool 11 to be fed by the feeding bolt 14.
