Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal ring capable of inhibiting deterioration of sealing performance which is caused by secular change.SOLUTION: A seal ring 9 which seals a slide part of a hydraulic cylinder 1 (a fluid pressure device) operated by a working fluid pressure and includes: an annular U packing 10 in which a groove part 15 is formed along a circumferential direction, the annular U packing 10 being a resin annular member; and a reinforcement metal 20 (a biasing member) disposed in the groove part 15 of the U packing 10. The reinforcement metal 20 includes: an inner biasing piece 22 which biases an inner peripheral lip 11 in a direction that a diameter of the groove part 15 expands; and an outer biasing piece 23 which biases an outer peripheral lip 12 in a direction that the diameter of the groove part 15 expands. In the U packing 10, the inner peripheral lip 11 is pressed to one counter member by the inner biasing piece 22 and the outer peripheral lip 12 is pressed to the other counter member by the outer biasing piece 23.
