Abstract:
To improve sealability of a seal structure used in an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An apex seal 80 is held by a first wall surface member 24b to seal between the wall surface member 24b and a housing. An outer peripheral seal 190 seals between a second piston member 28 and the housing. The outer peripheral seal 190 has self-tensile force acting in a diameter expansion direction. The outer peripheral seal 190 is formed into the annular shape, and an abutment portion 191 is formed by parting a part of the annular shape. The outer peripheral seal 190 is constituted to be rotated integrally with the second piston member 28 while positioning the abutment portion 191 on a position not overlapping the apex seal 80 in the peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
