Abstract:
To accurately make a permeable rubber seal by laser processing without generating engraving chips or harmful strong odor gas.
A seal surface member 12 is a methyl vinyl silicone rubber previously formed with a profile and having permeability is formed by mounting the material 12 at a seal surface holding member 11 via a mouthpiece 14 and mounting a holder 11 at an engraving jig 16. This jig 16 is positioned on a table via a positioning member and engraved on its seal surface by a laser beam.
