Abstract:
To automatically and efficiently wind a seal tape on a male screw in a seal tape winding device.SOLUTION: A device 1 for winding a belt-like first seal tape 80 on a male screw 90 of a pipe member 9 comprises: a first seal tape roll holding part 11 which rotatably holds a first seal tape roll 82; a first delivery part 17 which makes a prescribed amount of a tip end of the first seal tape 80 drawn from the first seal tape roll 82 be hung down, and supports and delivers the first seal tape 80; a mechanism 2 which grips the male screw 90 and winds the delivered first seal tape 80 on the male screw 90 while rotating the male screw 90; a cutting mechanism 13 which cuts the first seal tape 80 after a prescribed amount of the first seal tape 80 is wound on the male screw 90; and control means 7. In the seal tape winding device 1, the control means 7 winds the first seal tape 80 on the male screw 90 by controlling the winding mechanism 2 and the cutting mechanism 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
