PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant build-in rear surface protective sheet for solar cell module capable of contributing to thinning and reduction of manufacturing cost of the solar cell module, and excellent in concealment of a tab line arranged on the surface of a solar cell element.SOLUTION: In a sealant build-in rear surface protective sheet 10 formed by laminating a sealant layer 1 and a rear surface protection layer 2, the rear surface protection layer 2 consists of a single layer of resin layer, or a multilayer structure composed including a single layer of resin layer. A dark color adhesive layer 6 having an appearance of dark color is provided on the boundary surface of the sealant layer 1 and a rear surface protection layer 2, or on the boundary surface between respective layers composing the multilayer structure of the rear surface protection layer 2. The dark color has a CIE system color coordinate by a standard light source D65, measured in compliance to JISZ8722, in the range of -5≤a≤5 and -5≤b≤5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
