To provide a sealant film which can be used for manufacturing an antistatic laminate film, for which wide working temperature conditions are adoptable in a printing step and laminating step, and which has good antistatic property and satisfactory laminate strength and can have good low-temperature heat-sealing property, by either of a polyethylene extrusion laminate method and a dry laminate method.
The sealant film for laminate to which corona discharge treatment has been applied in a nitrogen atmosphere containing substantially no oxygen to the surface of a layer (B) of a composite film by coextrusion method, of which the surface layers respectively comprising a heat seal layer (A) consisting of a polyolefinic polymer and the layer (B) consisting of a polyolefinic polymer is characterised in that the layer (A) and the layer (B) contain a nonionic surfactant and an organic sulfonic acid salt as an antistatic agent, the content of the antistatic agent in the layer (A) is 0.4-1.5 wt.% and the content of the antistatic agent in the layer (B) is less than that in the layer (A).
