Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a structure capable of leveling the surface of a sealant while injecting the sealant in a sealent injection container injecting the sealent such as a silicone sealant into a panel joint.
CONSTITUTION: A support piece is vertically formed to the side surface of the nozzle 1 of a sealant injection container 7 and a shaping member 3 having a spatula-shaped protruding surface is attached to the tip of the nozzle 1 so as to be positioned in the vicinity of the discharge part of the nozzle 1. The surface of the sealant extruded from the nozzle is pressed by the shaping member 3 to be leveled.
