To provide a sealed bag having anti-germ plug by an efficient manufacturing means in which a segment contacted with a base part of the plug is spaced apart from a content storing segment so as to prevent the content from being contacted with the plug during its distribution and storage even if the plug is set and further enable the stored content to be kept in its sanitary state.
There is provided a plastic sealed bag in which the sealed bag is divided by a partition melting segment melted in an easy-peeling state into more than two units in such a way that the units cannot be communicated to each other; a plug is melted and fixed to one side of the sealed bag; no stored content is filled in the unit contacted with a base part of the plug; and a circumferential edge of a film is melted and fixed. This bag is manufactured by some steps of forming a long film into a cylindrical shape while its both edges are oppositely facing to each other; melting and fixing a base part of the plug between the two opposing films, and spot melting and fixing a circumference of the base part of the plug to form the spot melted segment having the plug; feeding the stored content into the unit not contacted with the base part of the plug; and melting and fixing the oppositely facing surfaces of the film in their width direction after feeding the stored content.
