Oil repellent processing is performed on this opposed surface 3a by an oil repellent coating solution including a fluororesin, a fluorine solvent and a hydrophobic silica particulate having an average particle size of 5-20 nm and setting the concentration of the fluororesin to 0.1-2.0 mass%.
