Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed contact device capable of decreasing the number of parts while increasing the magnetic efficiency of electromagnets.
SOLUTION: This sealed contact part comprises a sealed contact part A, a drive part B, and a housing C. The sealed contact part A forms an airtight space by using a sealed container 1, a fixed terminal 2, a first connection member 11, a second connection member 12, a bottomed tubular part 100, and a metal plate 200. The bottomed tubular part 100 is formed by providing a flange part 100a of a magnetic material to one end part thereof on an opening part side. The metal plate 200 comprises a hole of the generally same inner diameter as that of the bottomed tubular part 100 positioned at the generally center part thereof. The thickness thereof is approximately the same as a gap between a movable iron core 8 and the first connection member 11. The metal plate 200 is formed of a connection part connected to the flange part 100a of the bottomed tubular part and a flange part for connecting the connection part to the first connection member 11 which are formed of nonmagnetic material. The metal plate 20 is held between the bottomed tubular part 100 and the first connection member 11 and connected by using laser beam welding.
