PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily confirm error encapsulation of an enclosure in a state that the enclosure is encapsulated in a sealed document.SOLUTION: An enclosure identification code is printed on a code printing region of an enclosure P according to an importance for every enclosure P. The enclosures P, on which the enclosure identification codes are printed, are overlapped on one another at a deviation part 123 by a deviation amount W according to the code printing region of every enclosure P. The deviated and overlapped enclosures P are folded by an enclosure folding part 121, and are so packaged by an envelope paper PE transported from another route that the enclosure identification code is exposed, and is encapsulated thereby making a sealed document.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
