Abstract:
To provide a sealed-letter preparing system adapted to prevent a sheet deviation of a content.SOLUTION: A sealed-letter preparing system 1, comprising a printing apparatus 2 that prints a window envelope sheet P1 and a content sheet P2 by a printing unit 114 based on an envelope preparation job and an enclosing/sealing apparatus 3 that folds the content sheet P2 on which an address is printed by the printing apparatus 2 by means of a content folding unit 121 and encloses/seals it such that the address comes within a window box of the window envelope sheet P1, comprises a determining section 119a that determines whether or not a positional deviation is to occur in the content sheet P2 enclosed in the window envelope sheet P1 based on the number of and the sheet thickness of the content sheets P2 included in the envelope preparation job and a resilience enhancing section 119b that enhances the resilience of the content sheet P2 if it is determined that a positional deviation is to occur in the content sheet P2 enclosed in the window envelope sheet P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
