To prevent a sealant scattered when a connection fitting is detached from a tire valve from adhering to an operator and to prevent the sealant from flowing out of a hose in forgotten or erroneous connection of the hose to the tire valve and an erroneous operation of a compressor.

An automobile tire repairing device is composed of a hose body 31 with its rear end part connected to a sealant container 6 and the connection fitting 33 which is suitable for the front end part of the hose body 31 and can be connected to the tire valve 35 of a punctured tire T. The connection fitting 33 has a connection fitting body 46 with a connection screw part 45 which can be screwed to the valve stem 37 of the tire valve 35 set in its front end part, a closing cap 47 arranged detachably in the connection screw part 45, and an outer sleeve 48 fixed to the periphery of the connection fitting body 46. The outer sleeve 48 has an overhang part 48A protruding forward from the front end 46e of the connection fitting body 46.
