Abstract:

To provide a sealing composition which can retain a sheet shape reliably, is excellent in water vapor barrier property and allows adhesion without staining the surrounding part thereof, and to provide multiple glass and a solar cell panel excellent in reliability, wherein by using the sealing composition, there is provided the simple and efficient sealing of various kinds of industrial products, in particular, the multiple glass and the solar cell panel.

The sealing composition includes a rubber component and a polyolefin obtained by polymerizing 2-3C alkene, wherein the storage shearing elastic modulus G' at 25°C obtained from dynamic viscoelastic measurement of frequency 1 Hz in shearing mode is 1.0×105 Pa or more and the loss shearing elastic modulus G" at 150°C obtained from dynamic viscoelastic measurement is 1.0×104 to 9.0×104 Pa. A seal material 1 comprising the sealing composition is used for the sealing of peripheral edge parts 5 of the laminated glass 3 and the solar cell panel.
