Abstract:
To improve reliability related to the sealing of liquid leakage.
A sealing device 40 includes a seal fin 29 in either of a rotation part 37 and a stationary part 38 which have gaps 32, and seals the leakage of steam from the gap 32. A cover layer 43 is formed in either the rotation part 37 facing the seal fin 29 or a substrate 41 of the stationary part 38. The cover layer is configured to laminate an abradable layer 44 including an abradable material and a metal layer 45 including a metal material having higher strength than the abradable material.
