Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device which is easy in attachment, prevents the deformation of the sealing device due to inner pressure, and is favorable in sealing performance.SOLUTION: A block member 51 of a sealing device 50 has: a cylinder part 51c which is made of a metal or a synthetic resin material, has a bottom face, and is extended in an axial direction; an annular first wall part 51a which extends in an outer diameter direction at one end of the cylinder part 51c; and an annular second wall part 51b which extends in the outer diameter direction at the another end of the cylinder part 51c. The block member 51 is fitted with a ring-shaped O-ring 52 on the cylinder part 51c, and arranges the O-ring 52 between a housing outside side face 16c and the first wall part 51a. A plurality of first slits 51d which penetrate in the outer side diameter direction from the cylinder part 51c are formed at the second wall part 51b, and the second wall part 51b is bent to the cylinder part 51c side by contacting a cylindrical opening part 16b to be elastically deformed when the cylinder part 51c is inserted into the cylindrical opening part 16b, and the second wall part 51b is elastically recovered and the second wall part 51b is brought into an engagement state with a housing inside side face 16f when the second wall part 51b faces a housing inside side face 16f.
