Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately inspect the sealing state of a liquid injection port.SOLUTION: A sealing inspection device 1 comprises an image acquisition unit 10, an image comparison unit 20, a position information acquisition unit 30, a position information comparison unit 40, and a determination unit 50. The image acquisition unit 10 acquires an image of a liquid injection port before welding for sealing the liquid injection port and acquires an image of a welded trace after the welding. The image comparison unit 20 compares the image of the liquid injection port with the image of the welded trace. The position information acquisition unit 30 acquires position information of the liquid injection port and position information of the welded trace. The position information comparison unit 40 compares the position information of the liquid injection port with the position information of the welded trace. The determination unit 50 determines the sealing state of the liquid injection port on the basis of the comparison results by the image comparison unit 20 and the comparison results by the position information comparison unit 40.
