Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent eccentricity of an air-proof terminal and to enhance dimensional accuracy, with heat expansion coefficient of the jig which is made close to that of the external metal ring, by utilizing effect of admixture metal whose heat expansion coefficient is larger than that of graphite to be used for forming a sealing jig.
