Abstract:

The present invention provides: a coated foam which exhibits high water blocking performance, while using a flexible olefin-based foam; and a method for producing this coated foam.　A coated foam which comprises a long flexible olefin-based foam and an extruded coating layer on at least a part of the lateral surface of the flexible olefin-based foam, said extruded coating layer being obtained by extruding a soft thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting elastomer for covering; and a method for producing this coated foam.
