Abstract:
To provide a sealing material that has reduced variations in shape and volume, satisfies thermal expansion coefficients of SUS304, and can be sealed at low temperatures.SOLUTION: The inventive sealing material is used for vacuum-sealing an exhaust port of a metal vacuum double container. The sealing material is a sintered body containing low-melting-point glass, the low-melting-point glass having a glass composition consisting of, in mol%, TeO2 40-80%, MoO3 5-35%, Li2O+Na2O+K2O 5-30%, TiO2+Al2O3 0-10%, BaO 0-10%, Fe2O3 0-5%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
