Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism enabling sealing with a thermal decomposition residue itself while preventing engagement due to the thermal decomposition residue remaining.
SOLUTION: Provided in a lower portion of an exhaust device 9 connected to a thermal decomposition reactor is an exhaust passage 12 constructed to be communicated to a cooling device through a thermal decomposition residue transfer mechanism 13, whereby a thermal decomposition residue c' discharged from the exhaust device 9 is made stagnant either in the exhaust passage 12 or in the thermal decomposition residue transfer mechanism 13 to shut off ventilation between the exhaust device 9 and the cooling device.
