To obtain a sealing pump-up device capable of suppressing the deterioration of a relief valve caused by imparting the pressure of compressed air generated by a compressed air supply member to the relief valve.
A cylinder 112 is subjected to reciprocating motion and compressed air in an air chamber 124 is periodically compressed. The compressed air is supplied to a connection body 70 through an air hose 86 and an air supply channel 92 of an opening device 60. An elastic deformation wall 122 follows a pressure change in the compressed air of the air chamber 124 and is deformed, so that a pressure change (pressure difference) of air in the air chamber 124 is suppressed (reduced). Thus, the pressure of the compressed air generated by a compressor 12 (compressed air supply member) is imparted to the relief valve 114, thereby preventing the deterioration of the relief valve 114.
