Abstract:
To perform inspection of seams at a low cost while maintaining the real-time property.SOLUTION: A seam inspection device includes a multi-core processor having first and second cores subjected to task management by a general operating system. The first core carries out acquisition processing that acquires a detection value of tension of a needle thread engaged with a sewing needle and a detection value of a rotation angle of a motor reciprocating the sewing needle. The second core carries out analysis processing that detects abnormalities of a seam formed on a swing object by the sewing needle on the basis of the acquired detection value of the tension in one reciprocation of the sewing needle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
