The method for manufacturing the seamless belt for the electrophotographic apparatus containing a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition point Tg of 40°C or higher comprises the steps of blowing a gas of an atmospheric pressure or more in a cylindrical molten material obtained by extruding a molding material from a tip end of an annular die and discharging the material by being extruded by an extruder to expand a diameter of the molding material to 100 to 400% as compared with a diameter of the die, and continuously molding the material while gradually cooling the material at an ambient temperature.
