Abstract:
To make it possible to respond to a user's question in a situation in which user's cognitive ability is lowered, according to a situation in which the cognitive ability is lowered.SOLUTION: A search device receives user speech, extracts a search query from the speech, and searches search result candidates corresponding to the search query. When there are multiple search result candidates, the search device calculates a degree of ambiguity indicating the degree of deterioration in user's cognitive ability, selects one search result that is largest in the degree of ambiguity from among the search result candidates based on the degree of ambiguity, and outputs the selected search result to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
