Abstract:

To provide a seasoned emulsified product seasoned with vegetables or fish and shellfish from the beginning of its production process, in view of such problem that any conventional emulsified product such as margarine or butter does not vary in taste and thereby requires much labor to impart the tastes of other food materials to the margarine or butter when used in place of cooking oil.

This seasoned emulsified product is obtained by admixing granular powdered vegetables or fish and shellfish to an emulsified product such as margarine or butter in a production process to impart the flavor and nutrient or luster of each of vegetables or fish and shellfish to the emulsified product.
