Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a seasoning for scattering on toast, composed of powder having specific oil or fat content and particle size, having high affinity and adhesivity to the surface of toast, and resistant to the falling out from the surface of the toast.
CONSTITUTION: The objective seasoning is composed of 1W80wt%, preferably 2W50wt% oil or fat containing an oil or fat component having a melting point of ≤45°C, and 99W20wt%, prererably 98W50wt% component other than oil or fat, e.g. powder of spices, sugar, chemical seasoning, etc., and is prepared in the form of powder having an average particle diameter of ≤2.38mm, preferably 1.19mm.
