Abstract:

To prepare a powdery seasoning and a packaged seasoning each making it possible to cook a well-boiled dish made by using fresh vegetables, meat, or the like, as materials, such as stew, curry, porridge, or the like, in a short time using a microwave oven, or the like, and to finish it up into a soft one without boiling over or making the materials bind to each other.

This powdery seasoning and packaged seasoning are each characterized by moderately formulating an enzyme, chelating agent and substance each having a defoaming effect, into a seasoning, and packaging the seasoning with a film, or the like, hard to make oxygen and water vapor to be permeabilized.
