PURPOSE: To comply with a risk in case of a sudden stop by arranging seats of the rearmost row in facing forward by a method wherein a bracket of a sitting part of a seat is pivotally attached to a floor panel in a wagon type automobile seat.

CONSTITUTION: Another seat 5 consisting of a seat part 5a and a back leaning part 5b folded at a shaft 6 part is housed in the lower part of a rear row seat 4. A bracket 7 is installed at the front end of the seat part 5a of the seat 5 and it is pivotally attached with a shaft 9 to a space toward a bracket 8 fitted at a stage part of a floor panel 1. With this, the seat 5 can take both postures which are a folded state indicated with a solid line and a use state indicated with a dotted line as well as the seat 4 can be moved to a position indicated with a dotted line.
