CONSTITUTION: A magnetic card reader 10 for reading a railway ticket, etc., is provided on each seat of a train, and an information processor 3 provided with a communication control means 11 for processing an output of the magnetic card reader 10 and receiving a sale state of a seat-reservation ticket from a seat-reservation ticket reservation management center, etc., is provided on the train. In such a state, by reading a ticket and a seat-reservation ticket of a passenger by the magnetic card reader 10, and comparing it with the sale state of the seat-reservation ticket, the ticket examination is executed automatically. In such a way, the ticket examination work is improved, and the passenger service is improved.
