To reduce the bleeding of a urethane liquid to the surface of a non- woven fabric at the time of molding, and to prevent noises by the friction with a steel material such as a spring from being generated, in a seat pad equipped with the non-woven fabric as a backing material.
This seat pad 1 is obtained by setting the non-woven fabric 4 in a molding die 5, injecting the expandable urethane liquid 8 and performing expansion-molding. In this case, the non-woven fabric 4 is bonded and integrated with the surfaces of areas which come into contact with the steel material such as the spring 2 in the expansion-molded polyurethane foam. In the seat pad 1, as the non-woven fabric 4, a non-woven fabric which is manufactured by a flush spinning method, and of which the Gurley air permeability is 30 to 200 seconds is used.
